Banking Consulting Skills
- Played Banking SME Role for at least two complex end to end large engagements
- Have exposure to Logical and Physical data modeling for at least two projects ( both dimensional and relational )
- Good exposure and hands on expertise with at lease one leading BI application like Cognos / Oracle / SAS / IPS Sendero / Sungard
- Good functional exposure in Customer analytics, Profitability Management, ALM, Risk Management, AML, Activity Based Costing etc.
- Knowledge of 1 or 2 leading core banking applications like Temenos, Finacle, Fiserv, Flexcube etc
- Good exposure to Banking related KPIs and how these KPIs could be leveraged for effective Dashboard based solution or Balanced Score Carding.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic domain Skills:
- Relevant implementation Experience 8 years +.
- Exposure to Banking Industry Models.
- Experience in end to end selling ( Value Creation, Business Case Creation, Solutioning, Presentation/Orals).
- Experience with Global Delivery Models.
- Sound understanding of project management principles & risks associated with complex information management programs..
Client Interaction Skills:
- International Experience with exposure to MNC customers.
- Personal Interaction skills to serve top management at leading global financial institutions.
- Strong business acumen, industry thought leadership.
- Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and strong leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.
- Possess excellent analytical skills, with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses
- Demonstrating a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering (internal or external) client satisfaction
- Interested professionals share their profile in word format
